Job Role Overview
As a KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for handling client onboarding (COB), account opening procedures, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements. You will work in coordination with internal stakeholders and clients, playing a vital role in minimizing financial crime and enhancing banking transparency.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Client Onboarding & Account Management
- Facilitate end-to-end client onboarding processes.
- Manage KYC documentation and exception handling.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of account opening requirements.
🛡️ Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor and implement changes in KYC, AML, and AFC requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to SOPs and Operation Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Communicate updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
🔄 Governance & Controls
- Conduct quality checks on account documentation.
- Support regulatory audits and internal control reviews.
- Ensure robust data validation and risk assessments.
💼 Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
