📌 Job Description – Manager (Accounts Receivable – SAP)
💡 As a Manager – Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, handling client recoveries, and ensuring compliance with asset management billing operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Verify AUM (Assets Under Management) reports with MIS (Management Information Systems) data.
- Conduct OPE (Operating Expenses) analysis to track financial performance.
- Ensure accurate financial reconciliation and error-free reports.
✅ Billing & Revenue Management
- Run the complete AUM interface billing process.
- Verify non-interface billing inputs at the row level to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the PMO (Project Management Office) team for IT VAS (Value-Added Services) revenue reconciliation.
✅ Client Coordination & Collection Process
- Engage with clients to address billing queries and collection follow-ups.
- Manage the end-to-end client recovery process for outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely revenue realization and reduce outstanding balances.
✅ Accounting Tool: SAP ERP
- Work extensively with SAP to manage Accounts Receivable functions.
- Ensure proper bank reconciliations and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for compliance purposes.
🛠 Skills & Qualifications Required
To succeed in this role, you should have:
✅ 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Accounts Receivable.
✅ Expertise in SAP (Accounts Receivable Module) for financial transactions.
✅ Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, revenue collection, and billing processes.
✅ Ability to manage and analyze financial reports and MIS data.
✅ Excellent communication skills for client coordination and stakeholder management.
✅ Strong analytical mindset for financial data interpretation.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
