Role Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our International Voice Process team, handling UK and US-based customer interactions. This role involves assisting international customers, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls from UK and US clients.
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work efficiently on international voice processes by managing high-volume calls.

Candidate Profile: What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in an international calling process, international customer service, or similar roles.
- Language Proficiency: Strong English verbal and written skills are mandatory.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in UK and US-based international processes is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, call handling software, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and offer effective solutions.
