🧑‍💼 Job Role: Customer Service Executive – Blended Process

This role blends voice and non-voice support responsibilities, catering to customers across platforms including voice calls, chat, and email. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in delivering world-class support and resolving customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • 📞 Handle customer interactions via call, chat, and email
  • ✅ Understand and resolve customer issues with a first-call resolution approach
