As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet our organizational needs. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as social media platforms, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases to identify and attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for lateral hiring positions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and provide them with qualified candidate options.
- Communication Management: Ensure timely and effective communication with both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
🎓 Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment and talent sourcing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
