We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Invoice Operations Expert to drive AI-based invoice processing, ensuring a smooth transition from manual invoice management to automated, AI-driven solutions. As part of Global Procurement, Invoice Operations & Customer Support (IOCS), this role focuses on seamless invoice-to-pay transactions, process efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.

💡 Invoice Processing & Operational Efficiency

✅ Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant invoice processing across systems.

7+ years of experience in Invoice Operations, Procurement, or Financial Services.

✅ Expertise in SAP, Ariba Invoice Processing, and AI-driven automation tools.

✅ Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

✅ Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
