🧩 Job Summary
As a Chat Support Executive for international clients, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer service inquiries. Using live chat platforms, you will provide real-time solutions to customer concerns, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold service excellence.
This non-voice role is best suited for candidates with excellent written English communication skills who are comfortable working night shifts and from the office.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 📲 Handle international customer queries and concerns through chat platforms in a professional, timely manner.
- 💬 Respond to service inquiries, complaints, order status, and other general support questions.
- 📝 Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions clearly and accurately.
- 🧠 Use product knowledge to help customers resolve issues and make informed decisions.
- ⏱ Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) such as average handling time and customer satisfaction.
- 💼 Work closely with internal teams and escalate complex issues as needed.
- 🎯 Maintain customer satisfaction scores by delivering world-class support.
✅ Candidate Eligibility Criteria
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
🔹 Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
🔹 Experience Required
- 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service or chat support.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
🔹 Technical & Soft Skills
- 💬 Excellent written and verbal English communication is mandatory.
- 🤖 Ability to multitask across multiple chat windows and tools.
- 🧩 Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure.
- 🎯 Good typing speed (minimum 30–35 WPM with high accuracy).
🔹 Other Requirements
- 📍 Must be open to working from the office in Sector 144, Noida.
- 🌙 Willingness to work night shifts (rotational).
- 🚀 Must be able to join immediately before 24 April 2025.
