Job Description
As a Process Executive at Infosys BPM, you will be an integral part of our Banking & Finance operations, handling key responsibilities to ensure smooth business functions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in handling banking processes and financial transactions efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain records with high accuracy.
- Support financial operations by verifying documents and processing requests.
- Work in collaboration with team members to meet service level agreements.
- Provide high-quality support for banking transactions and queries.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Work in a dynamic environment with adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless processing of banking activities.
- Provide process improvement suggestions to enhance efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
✅ Education: Any Graduate (Except B.Tech & MCA)
✅ Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience in banking or finance-related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
✅ Work Timing: Candidates must be flexible to work in 24*5 shifts and US time zone.
✅ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Basic Computer Knowledge: Must have proficiency in MS Office and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
✅ Work Location: On-site in Jaipur (No work-from-home option available).
