Develop Recruitment Strategies:
Devise and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract SAP Functional Consultants, SAP Technical Consultants, Project Managers, SAP Analysts, and other IT professionals.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
Leverage multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify top talent.

End-to-End Recruitment Management:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, to onboarding.

In-Depth Candidate Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, work experience, and cultural fit within PwC’s collaborative environment.

Hiring Manager Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, project deliverables, and technical expertise needed.

Talent Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates to proactively fulfill current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Experience:
Ensure every candidate has a positive, engaging, and transparent experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay informed about the latest IT recruitment trends, technologies, market salaries, and competitor insights.

Accurately maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track recruitment processes and generate data-driven insights.

Educational Background:
- UG: Any Graduate
- PG: Any Postgraduate

Professional Experience:
- 4-7 years of proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- A strong record of successful placements in IT roles, particularly in SAP and Oracle ecosystems.

- Expertise in recruiting across various SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO, HCM, ABAP) and Oracle technologies.
- Solid grasp of technical terminologies, project environments, certifications, and industry standards.

- Proficiency in ATS platforms, MS Office, and online recruitment tools.
