Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about banking products and services.
- Process financial transactions while maintaining customer records securely.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to promote banking services and products that align with customer needs.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and empathy in customer interactions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Graduation is a must.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or banking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong customer relationships and resolve queries effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and decision-making skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations and banking software.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to process financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
