π Role Overview β What is an HR Business Partner at Tech Mahindra?
As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) at Tech Mahindra, you will be the strategic bridge between business operations and HR services. This is not your regular HR role β itβs a dynamic, people-centric position focused on employee engagement, lifecycle management, grievance handling, and performance optimization.
You will act as the primary point of contact for all HR matters within your department/unit and will play a vital role in maintaining a productive, inclusive, and positive workplace environment.
π― Key Responsibilities
π₯ Associate Engagement and Communication
- Serve as the single point of contact for associates for all HR-related queries.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and reduce attrition.
- Conduct regular Town Halls, skip-level meetings, HR connect sessions, and coffee chats with leadership to foster transparent communication.
π Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, feedback systems, and recognition programs.
- Handle exit interviews, termination processes, and post-exit analysis.
π Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain HR dashboards, attrition reports, and grievance trackers.
- Analyze trends to implement data-driven HR strategies.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership on key HR metrics.
π§ Process Compliance & Support
- Support internal and external HR audits with relevant documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
- Manage floor discipline and other departmental HR compliance initiatives.
π§ Required Skills and Experience
β Core Skills
- Strong interpersonal communication β both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage grievances empathetically and resolve conflicts.
- Experience in employee engagement, lifecycle management, and retention strategies.
β Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable handling HR dashboards, appraisal platforms, and performance tools.
β Soft Skills
- People-centric mindset with an ability to build rapport across levels.
- Flexibility to adapt in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
- High ownership mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
π Educational Qualifications
- Postgraduate Degree (MBA/PGDM) in Human Resources or related specialization is mandatory.
- Additional certifications in Organizational Development, HR Analytics, or Employee Wellness are a plus.
