👩‍💼 Job Role: Process Developer – I2C (Invoice to Cash)

As a Process Developer in I2C, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end cash application cycle, including payment processing, collections, dispute resolution, and reconciliation tasks. The role is crucial in supporting business operations and maintaining client satisfaction.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Here’s a breakdown of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Process Developer:

🔹 Cash Application & Reconciliation

  • Accurately process incoming payments and apply them to the appropriate customer accounts.
  • Complete the Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) efficiently and without errors.
  • Identify and resolve unapplied or unidentified payments by liaising with internal teams.

🔹 Collections & Customer Interaction

  • Make collections calls and follow up on past-due invoices.
  • Email/fax invoices or dispatch hard copies to customers as required.
  • Address customer disputes, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolution across departments.

🔹 Order Validation & Ledger Management

  • Reconcile orders against customer records.
  • Validate credit/debit notes and forward them for approval and processing.
  • Ensure that customer ledgers are always up-to-date and error-free.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including finance, sales, and customer support.
  • Drive improvements in AR processes by contributing ideas and process enhancements.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
