🎯 Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Parsing Data Analyst (Entry Level) to support a fleet diagnostics data quality clean-up initiative. This is a great opportunity for someone with acute attention to detail, passion for data quality, and a desire to gain hands-on experience in data cleansing and governance within a global company. This is an on-site contract position based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and will span eight months.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data cleanup tasks including data CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues related to flight diagnostics
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely data management
- Maintain high data integrity through structured governance processes
- Assist in documentation of all data processes
- Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution
📋 Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
- Experience: Entry-level position; training will be provided
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies and correct them with accuracy
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to report findings clearly
- Coordination: Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to requests
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with internal teams but also take initiative independently
🛠 Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with data structures and how they flow between databases
- Previous experience in data cleansing, governance, or documentation (internships or coursework)
- Basic understanding of CRUD operations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any other data entry software
