π Job Description β Banking & Insurance Executive
π‘ Genpact is seeking candidates for its Banking & Insurance vertical in Gurugram. If you are passionate about financial services, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
π― Key Responsibilities
β Processing & Verification of Financial Transactions
- Handle new account setups for various banking products:
πΉ Personal & Business Advantage Accounts (US/CAD)
πΉ Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA)
πΉ Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)
πΉ Non-Registered Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC)
πΉ RRSP Loans & Leverage Loans - Ensure accuracy and efficiency while working within SLA timelines.
β Customer Support & Query Resolution
- Respond to customer inquiries related to banking and insurance products.
- Provide email and backend support for banking transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
β Risk & Compliance Management
- Follow Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines and due diligence procedures.
- Apply enhanced checks for Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and high-risk clients.
- Ensure all banking transactions comply with regulations.
β Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of transactions.
- Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with company policies.
- Regularly update internal systems with customer information.
π‘ Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth banking operations and providing exceptional customer service.
π Skills & Qualifications Required
To succeed in this role, you should have:

1-4 years of experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services (Freshers can apply).
β
Graduation in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business-related fields preferred.
β
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
β
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
β
Attention to detail and ability to process large volumes of data with accuracy.

Tech-savvy with knowledge of computer applications, MS Office, and CRM tools.
β
Basic understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.

πΉ Experience in claims processing, mortgage handling, loan termination, fraud analytics, and policy issuance.
