📋 Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst at Wipro, your responsibilities will span core corporate accounting tasks, client service support, and compliance. You’ll contribute to maintaining and improving operational excellence by taking charge of the following:
🧾 Financial & Accounting Tasks
- Perform daily and monthly accounting activities including journal entries and reconciliation in Oracle.
- Prepare detailed workpapers and reconciliations for legal entities and accounts.
- Record and analyze:
- Management Fee allocations
- Revenue and expense distribution
- Upload and process billing and ageing reports as requested.
- Execute bank statement saving and cash/bank reconciliations.
- Manage project summaries and transaction transfers between project codes.
- Coordinate with Fund Accountants to resolve variances.
- Support regulatory filings including TIC (Treasury International Capital).
📞 Technical & Client Support
- Handle all incoming help requests via phone or email courteously and professionally.
- Track issues, document resolution steps, and ensure timely closure of support tickets.
- Maintain productivity metrics using internal tools such as RAVE system.
- Utilize knowledge bases and FAQs to aid clients and improve issue resolution timelines.
- Provide effective client communication—both written and verbal.
- Assist users in navigating product features, ensuring seamless experiences.
📈 Operational Excellence & Process Compliance
- Update job knowledge through self-learning, training, and mentoring.
- Enroll in product-specific training as per team requirements.
- Identify and escalate red flags and serious client issues.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve support and training processes.
- Maintain logs, feedback reports, and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance.

🎓 Educational Background
- UG: Any Graduate
- PG: Any Postgraduate
🛠️ Technical Skills
- Oracle experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to work on multiple platforms and adhere to technical documentation protocols.
