🧩 The Role: ER Specialist – Employee Experience and Relations (EXR)

The ER Specialist will be part of Amazon India’s Driver Relations Team—a newly formed unit dedicated to improving the workplace experience of our rapidly growing delivery partner ecosystem. This team is integral to shaping a positive driver relations climate rooted in respect, fairness, and inclusivity.

The ER Specialist will support initiatives to elevate driver satisfaction, enhance engagement, maintain compliance, and uphold Amazon’s values through proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing

🔍 Driver Relations & Experience

  • Act as a key driver of positive work culture among delivery service providers (DSPs) and drivers.
  • Connect virtually and on-site to understand drivers’ experiences, listen to feedback, and identify improvement areas.
  • Ensure fair treatment and uphold driver dignity across all Amazon delivery stations.

📊 Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data across multiple feedback channels.
  • Identify trends and recurring issues to create meaningful insights for business leaders.
  • Compile reports for leadership reviews, tracking action items, and ensuring timely resolutions.

🗣️ Employee Voice & Feedback Mechanisms

  • Implement and manage voice listening programs by visiting multiple sites in and around New Delhi.
  • Champion employee sentiment tracking through surveys, interviews, and ER feedback mechanisms.

🧠 Strategy, Policy & Compliance

  • Apply employee and labor relations best practices to ensure legal compliance and ethical practices.
  • Partner with legal, compliance, and HR teams to navigate sensitive concerns proactively.
  • Create contingency strategies for managing multi-stakeholder escalations and crisis situations.

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with program managers, tech teams, and HRBPs to improve driver-related operations.
  • Co-create capability-building initiatives for line managers and frontline HR on ER topics.

🧳 What We’re Looking For – Eligibility Criteria

🧑‍🎓 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in employee relations, HR, operations, or relevant field.
  • Amazon internal applicants with 2+ years of FTE experience are encouraged to apply.

🔧 Skills & Proficiencies

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort handling complex data and reports.
  • Flexible to travel intra-city and inter-city based on business needs.

📍 New Delhi – This role is based at Amazon’s regional corporate office in New Delhi, with frequent travel to Amazon Fulfillment and Delivery Stations across the NCR. Travel flexibility is essential.
