As a TFL – Lending Associate, you will play a key role in managing the lifecycle of Syndicated Loan Deals, working closely with Finance, Credit, and Technology divisions.

📊 1. Trade Support & Documentation (Middle Office)
📌 Ensure accurate static setup of clients in the Loan IQ system (KYC checks, deal structuring, facility & loan setup).
📌 Manage trade booking, documentation, pricing, funding memos, and corporate actions.
📌 Collaborate with trading desks, agents, and clients to resolve pre-settlement discrepancies.
📌 Oversee broker & transfer fee management for syndicated loans.
💰 2. Trade Settlement & Loan Servicing (Back Office)
📌 Review & validate trade documentation, pricing letters, and KYC details.
📌 Process loan settlements & cash reconciliations while ensuring compliance with regulations.
📌 Publish daily MIS reports for tracking trade settlements.
📌 Provide solutions for post-settlement discrepancies in coordination with stakeholders.
