Work You’ll Do
As an Analyst in our Reporting & Analysis team, you will be responsible for:
✅Creating and maintaining financial reports: Develop daily, weekly, and periodic reports to track business performance across various business areas and offerings.
✅Data Extraction & Summarization: Extract data from multiple sources and present it in a structured manner for analysis and reporting purposes.
✅Dashboard Management: Design and maintain dashboards that provide business finance leaders with key insights.
✅Ad-Hoc Reporting & Analysis: Provide clients with timely and accurate reports as per their specific needs.
✅Ensuring High Accuracy & Quality: Deliver top-quality reports with high precision, maintaining data integrity at all times.
✅Report Automation: Implement automation strategies to improve efficiency in reporting processes.
✅User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Onboarding: Assist with UAT processes and support the onboarding of APAC member firms.
✅Staying Updated: Keep yourself informed about the latest business models and organizational processes.
✅Additional Responsibilities: Undertake special projects as assigned by senior managers to enhance financial processes.
Work Location & Shift Timings
- Location: Hyderabad
- Current Shift Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Future Shift Timing: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
About the Team
Our Reporting & Analysis Shared Services team is dedicated to optimizing financial reporting and analytical processes across multiple geographies within the APAC region. We focus on developing and delivering management reports, C-suite dashboards, and operational analytics that provide actionable insights. Our team implements cutting-edge tools to visualize data and enhance decision-making through innovation and meaningful analytics.
Required Qualifications
📌Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Postgraduate degree in Finance or Commerce.
📌Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Planning & Analysis, Financial Operations, preferably in an MNC or a global organization.
📌Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills for data representation and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create high-impact executive presentations.
- Familiarity with Word and Outlook for communication and documentation.
📌Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial reporting concepts and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to professional service firms.
📌Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (verbal and written) with the ability to convey ideas effectively to a diverse audience.
📌Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach toward process improvement.
📌Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
📌Time Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple assignments effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
📌Experience in report automation or familiarity with data visualization tools.
📌Prior experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Onboarding Processes.
📌Exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools.
