- Extract, store, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
- Ensure data consistency and quality across projects
- Validate and document business and data requirements
📖 Strategic Problem-Solving
- Support innovative processes and resolutions to business challenges
- Perform options analysis to identify optimal solutions
- Translate analytics insights into actionable strategies

- Track business requirements and align analytics outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Maintain traceability of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) outputs

📈 Skills & Qualifications Required
We’re looking for someone with a solid technical foundation and a keen interest in business analytics. Ideal candidates will bring the following:
🎓 Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree (required) in: Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- Master’s Degree (preferred) in: Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Technology
📄 Technical Skills
- Programming Languages: Python, C#, VB
- Analytics Tools: SQL, Excel, BI tools
- RPA Tools: UiPath (UiPath Automation Developer certification is a plus)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of big data technologies and cloud platforms
