- Analyze clinical policies and coverage restrictions from U.S. health insurers.
- Interpret, extract, and enter structured data into Norstella’s internal systems.
- Identify step therapy (ST), prior authorization (PA), or other restrictions in coverage policies.
- Evaluate the documents for value additions or attribute updates.
- Complete assigned verification requests in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Maintain adherence to internal documentation standards, timelines, and workflow procedures.
