π§ Voice-Based Customer Service
- Provide superior service on inbound calls to American Express Consumer Card Members.
- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and maintain high service levels.
π Compliance and Processes
- Adhere to established company protocols and regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Recommend workflow or service-level improvements based on customer feedback.

- Identify customer mood, profile, and needs to personalize the service experience.
- Offer relevant products or benefits aligned with customer requirements and business policy.
