What Will You Do?

- Handle 100% transaction-based processes with same-day processing TAT
- Manage 20-30% NIGO (Not in Good Order) client calls for clarifications and resolutions
- Support policy surrenders, loans, withdrawals, and policy transfers
- Engage in accurate and efficient data processing
- Address client inquiries effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Life, Annuity, Retirement Insurance
