As a CoStar Account Executive, you’ll drive new business sales while nurturing and growing your existing portfolio. This consultative sales role offers you full control of the sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing and renewals. You’ll interact with decision-makers, build trusted relationships, and present solutions that transform businesses.

- Actively pursue and close new accounts across commercial real estate and related industries
- Present CoStar’s full suite of solutions and articulate their value to prospective clients

- Cultivate strong client relationships with a focus on renewals and upsells
- Deliver tailored solutions based on client needs and market trends

Full-Cycle Sales Management
- Own the end-to-end process: prospecting, needs assessment, demo, negotiation, onboarding, training, and renewal
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

- Conduct on-site client meetings and deliver compelling presentations
- Attend industry events and build a long-lasting professional network

📌 Minimum Qualifications in CoStar Group
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B outside sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record

- 5+ years of B2B sales in data, analytics, real estate, SaaS, or related fields
- Previous success selling platforms/tools to enterprise clients
- Client-facing experience in the commercial real estate industry

- Familiarity with CRM platforms and pipeline management
