About the Role: SPE/SME – US Mortgage
Cognizant is for surely hiring for the role of Senior Process Executive or we can say Subject Matter Expert in the US Mortgage process which is focusing on Loss Mitigation and Escrow Account Management for Hyderabad or Mumbai location and requires 2 to 7 years of relevant experience of previous company of same field by the employee.
The selected candidate after interview will report to the Team Leader and Manager in absence of TL of the process and work on mortgage documentation, client data systems, and regulatory compliance after training of respected time.
Role Responsibilities in Cognizant
- Employee should process mortgage documents accurately such as Deed of Trust, Title Policy, and Demand Letters in this job role.
- Employee should check all data and documents to ensure everything is accurate and compliant during the workings.
- Employee should spot any red flags in mortgage documents for not further problems.
- Employee should provide support for foreclosure-related activities to the team.
- Employee should ensure timely help to the team for high-quality processing according to client guidelines.
