🏢 Role Overview: Cluster Manager – Branch Operations
As a Cluster Manager, you will oversee multiple branches within a designated region in Andhra Pradesh. Your primary goal is to drive growth in the gold loan segment, boost customer acquisition and retention, and ensure smooth daily branch operations.
You’ll be leading teams, setting targets, managing compliance, enhancing service quality, and executing campaigns for gold loan takeovers and renewals.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role—ideal for professionals with a background in NBFCs or banks, especially those who have worked as Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, or Area Managers.
🧭 Key Responsibilities: Muthoot Finance
🔹 Gold Loan Portfolio Expansion
- Achieve monthly and quarterly gold loan disbursement targets across assigned branches.
- Increase penetration in the local market through on-ground campaigns and branch activities.
- Identify and act on opportunities to take over loans from competitors.
🔹 Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Drive customer acquisition by planning localized marketing strategies.
- Guide teams to perform door-to-door promotions, tele-calling, and referral campaigns.
- Ensure customer base growth and encourage renewals of gold loans before maturity.
🔹 Operational Leadership
- Supervise Branch Managers and their teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure each branch adheres to Muthoot’s SOPs, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and mentor underperforming staff.
🔹 Interest Collection & Delinquency Management
- Track and drive timely interest collection and control Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
- Coordinate with collections teams to engage with overdue customers.
🔹 Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all loan cases.
- Handle regulatory and internal audits for your cluster with precision.
🔹 Reporting & MIS
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to regional heads.
- Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions proactively.
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile: Muthoot Finance
🎓 Educational Qualifications:
- UG: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- PG: Postgraduate preferred but not mandatory
🧑💼 Professional Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a Branch Manager or Assistant Manager role.
- Experience in NBFCs, banks, or gold loan institutions is a must.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving financial targets.
