🔹 Role Overview – Project Manager (Central Vista Project)
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution and management of Godrej Interio’s Central Vista project in New Delhi.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, cost control, stakeholder communication, and infrastructure readiness while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Your role will involve managing site logistics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless installations, and handling client interactions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities – Godrej Interio
🏗 Project Execution & Monitoring
- Plan, execute, and oversee the installation of furniture & infrastructure as per the project schedule.
- Create and maintain Gantt charts to track project progress.
- Coordinate multi-floor, parallel execution within the project site.
- Manage daily manpower planning, site logistics, and workflow optimization.
- Identify and resolve snag points and on-site issues to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with the Quality and Product Supply teams to report and address product complaints.
💰 Cost & Working Capital Management
- Monitor and control project costs within the allocated budget.
- Process and verify contractor/ASP bills to ensure accurate financial management.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and efficiency.
📑 Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and share daily site progress reports with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide change request forms and deviation reports to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Report product feedback and improvement suggestions for continuous development.
- Attend site meetings and address client concerns in real-time.
- Maintain accurate service records from site supervisors, ASPs, and contractors.
🛠 Knowledge Management & Infrastructure Readiness
- Develop a deep understanding of product assembly guidelines and site-specific requirements.
- Motivate and lead technician teams to ensure timely and high-quality installations.
- Conduct toolbox talks to update technicians on project progress, safety, and daily tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices for on-site work.

✅ B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
