Key Responsibilities
As a Cash Application Senior Analyst, your primary objective is to ensure efficient cash flow and support accounting functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Your Day-to-Day Duties Include:
- ✅ Reducing unapplied cash consistently through effective monitoring and processing.
- ✅ Downloading and posting daily deposits from the bank system into internal tools.
- ✅ Handling refund processes and making General Ledger (GL) adjustments where necessary.
- ✅ Providing support for audits—both internal and external.
- ✅ Analyzing overpayments and resolving unapplied transactions through in-depth research.
- ✅ Facilitating smoother transitions for customers from check to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) methods.
- ✅ Communicating process updates effectively across internal teams and stakeholders.
- ✅ Collaborating with Sales, Collections, and Cash Management teams to resolve account reconciliation issues.
- ✅ Achieving performance metrics (KPIs) such as cash application speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction (C-SAT).
- ✅ Taking ownership of challenges and actively driving resolutions.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Cash Application Senior Analyst role at Oracle, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA/BMS) from a recognized institution.
Professional Experience:
