About the Global Vendor Finance Division

Role Overview – Sr. Leasing Sales Specialist (SVP/VP Level)
As a Sr. Leasing Sales Specialist, you will take ownership of vendor programs in the rapidly evolving technology market. You will be the primary relationship manager responsible for crafting and executing account strategies, fostering field sales alignment, and driving substantial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client strategy and oversee all aspects of the vendor relationship.
- Manage programs with OEMs generating over $500 million in revenue.
- Support programs producing $100M+ in annual financing volume.
- Drive transaction sizes averaging $250K and higher.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, legal, pricing, and documentation.
- Travel up to 50% to maintain strong client connections.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relationship management in equipment finance or related financial services.
- Proven background in vendor finance within a regulated financial institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the technology sector and financing landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to grow financing penetration rates with vendor partners.
Technical & Business Skills:
- Expertise in program structuring and finance documentation.
- Well-versed in credit analysis, legal contracts, structuring, and accounting.
- Familiar with compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
