The position is part of Bajaj Finserv Ltd.βs Debt Management Services (DMS) team. The main goal is to manage and optimize collections for rural lending operations in a compliant, ethical, and cost-effective manner while maintaining strong customer relationships and team leadership.
π Key Duties & Responsibilities – Bajaj Finance
As an Executive in the DMS – Rural division, youβll be entrusted with a range of critical tasks that are essential to ensuring the companyβs financial health and customer service excellence.
π― 1. Target Achievement
- Achieve the Debt Management Services (DMS) collection targets for the assigned rural branch.
- Ensure adherence to Performance Indicator (PI) Targets as per set cost parameters.
πΈ 2. Cost Optimization
- Work proactively to manage DMS operations within allocated budgets.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining productivity and compliance.
βοΈ 3. Legal Compliance
- Ensure strict compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Guarantee that all operations follow the Code of Conduct and relevant policies.
π 4. Monitoring & Audits
- Monitor field collection agencies and DMS executives to prevent malpractice.
- Conduct spot checks and audits to detect fraudulent activities and mitigate risk.
π€ 5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
- Liaise with external vendors and collection agencies to ensure target alignment.

- UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization
