About the Role
The Branch Head (BH) oversees branch operations, drives business growth, and ensures customer satisfaction. This role requires leadership in sales, customer relations, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

β Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and implement a growth plan in coordination with the Cluster Head.
- Drive sales, lending, and customer engagement to meet revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with high-value customers to drive long-term business.
β Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Monitor account management, overdrafts, cash flow, and internal controls.
- Ensure safety and security of branch assets.
β Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Implement strategies to improve customer experience.
- Promote cross-selling of financial products and services.
β Team Leadership & Training
- Foster a performance-driven culture with high motivation and productivity.
- Train branch employees on product offerings, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Coordinate with cluster and regional teams for business expansion.
β Risk Management & Crisis Handling

π Required Qualifications & Skills
π Education
β Graduate or MBA (Marketing) preferred.
β NCFM and AMFI Certifications (Preferred).
π Experience & Core Skills
β 8-12 years of experience in banking or financial services.
β Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
