💼 Role Overview: Associate UX Designer
As an Associate UX Designer, you will be a critical member of the Loyalty Solutions team within Visa’s expanding Global Design department. You’ll bring your skills in human-centered design, UX/UI, and digital product development to enhance how consumers and businesses experience loyalty programs powered by Visa payment products. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, you will shape intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences.

🎯 Core Responsibilities
- Lead UX Projects: Coordinate UX initiatives and manage work streams from concept through delivery.
- Design & Prototype: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that bring user journeys to life.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align on business goals and user needs.
- Research & Ideate: Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
- Mentor & Inspire: Share best practices with junior team members and help foster a collaborative design culture.
- Advocate for Accessibility: Ensure products are inclusive and usable for all users.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with digital trends, competitor designs, and UX/UI innovations in fintech.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
✅ Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and accessibility standards
- Proven ability to clearly articulate design rationale to various stakeholders
- Prior experience in agile teams, design consultancies, or product startups
- Digital design tools expertise: Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio that showcases your design thinking and end-to-end design process

💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $94,600 – $132,950 USD/year
