About the Role: Associate Manager, ProAssure Services

This role is requiring both hands-on technical expertise from past companies and strong leadership capabilities in employees. You will manage a 12 to 15 members of team of Vocera ProAssure Specialists who is responsible for the day-to-day, on-site, and remote administration of Vocera communication solutions at customer sites when in need. Your leadership quality will ensure consistent service delivery to customer, empower continuous improvement in skills, and maintain strong customer relationships for future dealings also.

Remote Work Flexibility and Travel for employees

  • The position for this job role is primarily remote, providing flexibility to work from home for more motivation and relax environment.
  • Approximately 30% travel to customer sites for onsite support may be needed, team engagement, and service continuity.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients and patient’s across locations to deliver seamless services to them.

Leadership and Team Development in the company

  • Hire, onboard, and train new Vocera ProAssure Specialists by the managers.
  • Mentor and coach team members to give professional growth and high performance in the team.

  • Conduct a regular performance review by the seniors and set development goals to be fulfilled in the future.

Customer Relationship Management in the company

  • Build and maintain positive relation, trusted relationships with customer, clients, contract sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure contract services meet or exceed customer expectations for good future relation.
  • Act as coming forward to solve complex service issues or contract concerns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Services teams to grab the information’s on Statement of Work (SOW) development and renewals in the team.

Operational Excellence in the company

  • Oversee day-to-day administration and maintenance of Vocera solutions at client sites when in need.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of system administration tasks by the juniors, including database maintenance, device management, and troubleshooting and other work assigned.
  • Monitor service delivery by the team and implement continuous improvement initiatives to be learned by team.
  • Develop and document standardized processes after completed and best practices for team and customers in working.

Cross-functional Collaboration in the company

  • Partner with technical account managers, clinical account managers, and professional services teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery by the whole team.
  • Facilitate the knowledge sharing and communication across the system administrator team and customers to provide the trainings.
  • Support financial system upgrades and related projects to enhance the success.

Qualifications and Skills Required in this Job role

To succeed in this role, every employee should bring a blend of healthcare IT expertise, leadership skills, and customer focus. Qualifications and experience required as follows:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Technology, Business, or a related other field.
  • Minimum 6 years of clinical or healthcare IT industry past experience.
  • Another at least 2 years of management experience, leading technical teams of 15 members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Department of Défense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA) health systems required.
  • Demonstrated account management or customer success experience in each employee.

  • Salary package: $120,600 – $178,700 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses.
