Key Responsibilities for BCG

Client-side Execution: NextGen ERP Transformation
- Lead cross-functional teams in large-scale ERP projects.
- Guide clients through the full lifecycle of ERP transformation with strategic vision for full utilization.
- Work closely with top executives to ensure technology matches business objectives.
- Present cutting-edge solutions through artificial intelligence, machine learning, and sophisticated data analysis.

Internal Capability Building at BCG
- Mentorship and development of high-performing ERP teams within BCG.
- Spearhead ERP-focused learning, development, and certification of programs.
- Represent BCG in forums, conferences, and industry panels as a main leader.
- People contribution to white papers and digital content on NextGen ERP trends.

Business Development in different sections
- Identify and convert ERP-focused into business opportunities.
- Present compelling ERP solutions aligned with emerging trends for example: GenAI.
- Create compelling proposals that cater to the unique transformation of clients’ requirements.
- Work together with different BCG’s extensive digital and industry practices to provide comprehensive solutions in this industry.
What You’ll Bring for this company

Qualifications & Experience
- 10 or more years in digital transformation with deep ERP focus team.
- 5 to 7 years of consulting experience in this field with proven leadership.
- Expertise in SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms with huge knowledge (Finance, SCM, Order-to-Cash).
- Advanced graduation or postgraduation degree preferred (MS/MBA from a top institution).

- Exceptional communication skills – who is comfortable in influencing at the C-suite level.

- Top consultants’ personnel and higher digital strategists at BCG.
- Cross-disciplinary teams including tech architects, ERP engineers, and industry domain experts in different fields.
- Client-side leadership organizations including different CTOs, CIOs, and Digital Transformation Officers.
We are working in a uniquely integrated BCG models that merges digital and manual management consulting with advanced technology and digital innovations.
Available Work Locations in US

Moderate and simple travel is expected depending on client needs and project need.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $252,900 USD
- Additionally, you’ll receive with salary:
- Performance based Bonus
