As the Assistant Manager – Record to Report, your primary responsibilities will include:

📊 Month-End & Year-End Close
- Drive smooth month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure timely preparation and posting of journal entries.
- Oversee the reconciliation of general ledger accounts to maintain accounting integrity.

✅ Compliance & Controls
- Ensure full compliance with internal financial controls and SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley) regulations.
- Implement process audits and documentation per global compliance standards.

🧾 General Ledger (GL) Accounting
- Maintain a clean chart of accounts, balance sheets, and trial balances.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis.

🔍 Audit Support
- Manage internal and external audits, respond to auditor inquiries, and ensure timely submission of supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for compliance checks and regulatory updates.

🎓 Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)

💼 Experience
- 4 to 9 years of relevant work experience in accounting, preferably in the General Ledger or R2R domain
- Experience in team management, month-end close, reconciliation, and reporting
💡 Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
