📊 Role & Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager – Operations, your responsibilities span across reporting, project management, stakeholder engagement, and personal development, ensuring high operational efficiency and strategic alignment.

📈 Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly dashboards.
- Monitor compliance of timesheets across KGS & onshore teams.
- Perform variance analysis – Weekly, Monthly, Year-to-Date (YTD) for IPT and Sync/SAP timesheets.
- Reconcile and report borrowed hours for internal audits and billing.

🗂️ Project Management:
- Clean and sanitize data from timesheets.
- Send regular reminders for default corrections, and maintain compliance logs.
- Maintain HC reconciliation reports comparing KGS with onshore HR reports.
- Track invoicing and billing-related data for accurate revenue recognition.
- Manage software/database licenses, SOWs (Statements of Work), and contract agreements.
- Raise project codes linked to engagement documents and maintain FTE records.
- Collate and report hours used for project billing (lending/borrowing activities).

- Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin, and Business Teams to gather requirements.
- Provide ad-hoc and monthly reporting to key internal stakeholders.
- Build trust through proactive communication and accountability.

✅ Candidate Profile – What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Educational Qualification:
- Any Postgraduate Degree from a recognized university.
🧠 Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced Excel – pivot tables, lookups, macros, and formulas.
- Proven experience in MIS Reporting, Budgeting, and Variance Analysis.
- Ability to manage timesheets, dashboards, and compliance processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
💻 Nice-to-Have (but not mandatory):
- Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx.
- Prior experience in consulting firms or shared services environments.
