🎯 Role Overview – Virtual Customer Service Associate (Voice Process)

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate (International Voice Process), you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers worldwide. You will support customers via international voice calls, helping them resolve queries related to their orders, payments, delivery, and other services with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience.
