✅ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
✅ Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data analysis.
✅ Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and drive customer experience improvements.
