As an ER Specialist in the Driver Relations Team, you’ll be at the forefront of Amazon’s commitment to maintaining a fair, respectful, and compliant work culture for its drivers and support staff. Your role will be pivotal in building a high-performance, customer-obsessed culture through effective issue resolution, voice listening, and continuous improvement programs.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a positive driver relations climate that prioritizes safety, engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Connect with drivers, understand their concerns, and provide structured feedback to internal teams.
- Own and execute end-to-end employee experience improvement programs.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources to identify workforce trends and drive insights.
- Act as a problem solver, developing contingency plans, managing logistics, and organizing initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate across product, tech, HR, and operations teams to ensure standardization and improvement of driver-impacting policies.
- Conduct field visits and engage in voice listening mechanisms across Amazon sites in and around New Delhi.
- Drive timely resolution of escalations by coordinating with issue/action owners.
- Prepare leadership-ready reports summarizing field engagement insights.
- Support the design and implementation of employee surveys, analyze results, and help design actionable strategies.

📌 Required Qualifications:
🎓 Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (Any stream).
- Candidates with Amazon FTE (blue badge) experience of 2+ years will also be considered.
💼 Professional Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in employee relations, HRBP, or employee engagement roles.
- Hands-on experience in field HR operations, especially in logistics, e-commerce, or delivery-driven businesses.
