Job Overview

Position: Customer Service Associate (Virtual Customer Service – VCS)
Location: Work from Home (Available for candidates in Mumbai, Pune, and Thane)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contractual
Industry: E-commerce / Customer Service / BPO
Salary: INR 3,64,000 – 4,33,000 LPA
Experience: 0 – 5 years (Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome)
Education: Minimum 10+2 (Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via voice process, handling inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively.
  • Assist customers in navigating Amazon’s platform, resolving order-related issues, and troubleshooting account-related problems.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work flexible shifts, including night shifts and weekends, as per business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent spoken English communication skills (mandatory requirement).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer concerns patiently and efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and familiarity with Amazon’s services.
  • Previous BPO or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a remote work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: INR 3,64,000 – 4,33,000 LPA
  • Internet Allowance: INR 1,250 per month (Work from Home setup)
  • Zeta Meal Card: INR 1,100 per month
  • Health Insurance: Coverage up to INR 5,00,000 for employees and dependents
  • Night Shift Allowance: INR 150 per shift
  • Overtime Pay: As per business requirements
  • 5-Day Workweek: Two consecutive days off (off days vary based on business needs)
