About the Role: Amazon Customer Support (Voice Process)
Company is recruiting for a voice-based customer support role where you will communicate with Amazon customers over phone calls and messages. You will help them and resolve their queries, complaints, and requests regarding orders, delivery, accounts, and more through calls.
Location: Remote but employee location must be in Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time, Contractual

Responsibilities in the company
Here are your responsibilities as customer support:
- Answering customer queries, requests and complaints on calls
- Helping customers by the employee with their Amazon orders (delivery issues, payment queries, product tracking)
- Employee should escalate cases when needed
- Ensuring customer satisfaction must be there by resolving issues promptly in the day
Remember: You need not to be a tech genius or expert. All you need is patience and great communication skills.
