Job Overview
As a Content Reviewer (Ads Moderation Team) at Amazon, you will review and moderate advertisements to ensure they comply with company policies and provide a safe, high-quality experience for customers and advertisers. You will audit text, images, audio, and video content, identifying any inappropriate, misleading, or policy-violating ads.
Your work will support Amazon’s fast-growing advertising business, ensuring ads are relevant, appropriate, and effective for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities

Content Moderation & Review
✔ Review and moderate advertisements, including images, text, videos, and audio, for compliance with Amazon’s policies.
✔ Identify and filter out inappropriate, misleading, or offensive content (e.g., political, sexual, or egregious material).
✔ Ensure ad relevance by evaluating content for brand alignment and appropriateness.
✔ Use automated tools & AI features to improve content moderation accuracy.

Advertising Compliance & Risk Management
✔ Monitor and analyze ads based on global trends and critical events.
✔ Identify products across different categories and ensure they align with Amazon’s ad policies.
✔ Escalate suspicious or harmful content to senior teams for further review.
✔ Ensure compliance with Amazon’s Advertising Guidelines to protect customers and advertisers.

Collaboration & Reporting
✔ Work closely with global advertising teams to maintain ad quality standards.
✔ Provide feedback to improve AI-based moderation systems.
✔ Report trends and patterns in ad violations to help refine Amazon’s policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline) – Required for eligibility.
✅ Fluency in English (Speaking, Writing & Reading).
✅ Attention to Detail – Ability to identify inappropriate content based on guidelines.
✅ Basic Computer Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
✅ Flexibility to Work in Rotational Shifts – Including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
✅ Strong Analytical Skills – Ability to evaluate ad content accurately and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory, But a Plus)
➕ Experience in online advertising or content moderation.
