Job Description: Senior EX Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and collaborative Senior EX Operations Coordinator to join our EX Core Operations Team. In this role, you will support ongoing HR programs, maintain accurate HR data, advise employees and managers on HR-related issues, and lead projects involving HR partners and cross-functional teams.
This role requires multitasking across multiple work streams while ensuring high-quality employee experience and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Employee Inquiries & Support:
- Respond to employee inquiries promptly, ensuring accurate and complete information.
- Deliver top-notch customer service while resolving HR-related concerns.
✅ Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage processes for onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee benefits.
- Streamline and improve the experience for new hires.
✅ Data Accuracy & Compliance:
- Maintain HR data accuracy while ensuring compliance with SOX protocols.
- Assist with weekly data audits and implement necessary corrections.
✅ Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, including Recruiting, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Partners.
- Partner with EX Core Operations and other cross-functional teams on regional/global projects.
✅ Process Improvements & Innovation:
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements to improve employee experience and data accuracy.
- Contribute to automation, simplifications, and improved controls.
Qualifications & Requirements
🔹 Technical Skills & Tools:
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Workday and Jira is strongly preferred
🔹 HR & Shared Services Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate HR/shared services/customer service environment
🔹 Key Competencies:
