🎯 Your Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind student enrollments at Airblack. Your role is to help aspiring makeup artists, beauty professionals, and bakers choose the right career path, guiding them through Airblack’s highly successful online courses.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Student Counseling – Understand students’ aspirations and career goals, and help them select the right Airblack course for their needs.
✅ Lead Conversion & Sales – Engage with prospective students via calls, video counseling, and WhatsApp, converting leads into paid enrollments.
✅ Event Participation – Participate in admission events, online webinars, and marketing campaigns to boost enrollments and revenue.
✅ Revenue Growth – Play a key role in meeting and exceeding revenue targets by effectively selling Airblack courses.
✅ Tele-Counseling – Connect with potential students, address their concerns, and convince them about the benefits of Airblack’s programs.
✅ Build Strong Relationships – Establish long-term connections with students, providing ongoing support and motivation throughout their learning journey.
✅ Report & Analyze Data – Keep track of sales performance, lead conversion rates, and student feedback to optimize the enrollment process.

1️⃣ Educational Background
✅ Graduation is not mandatory, but preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Education.
2️⃣ Professional Experience
✅ Experience in Business Development, B2C Sales, or EdTech is a plus.
✅ Candidates with experience in Educational Sales or Career Counseling are highly preferred.
3️⃣ Technical Skills
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools & MS Office Suite is helpful for managing leads and sales data.
4️⃣ Language Skills
✅ Fluency in Hindi & English is mandatory for effective student communication.
5️⃣ Interpersonal & Soft Skills
✅ Strong communication & persuasion skills – Ability to engage with students & convert leads.
✅ Relationship-building & empathy – Guide students in making informed career choices.
✅ Problem-solving & conflict resolution – Address student concerns effectively and persuasively.
