Job Summary
As a Business Development Associate at Airblack Technologies, you will play a crucial role in advising prospective students about Airblack’s online makeup and beauty courses. Your job is to convert leads into enrolled students, drive sales, and contribute to the growth of the company’s revenue.
This role is best suited for individuals who are:
✅ Fluent in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada + English.
✅ Experienced in Inside Sales (EdTech, Beauty & Wellness, Banking, or Insurance).
✅ Strong at communication, persuasion, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for:

Student Counseling & Course Promotion
✔ Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and video calls to advise them about Airblack’s makeup and beauty courses.
✔ Understand student needs and recommend the right courses based on their career goals.
✔ Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure high enrollment rates.

Sales & Revenue Generation
✔ Convert leads into paid enrollments by effectively pitching Airblack’s courses.
✔ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by closing high-value deals.
✔ Follow up with students who have shown interest but haven’t enrolled yet.
✔ Utilize CRM tools to track student inquiries and manage follow-ups.

Event Participation & Tele-Counseling
✔ Conduct video counseling sessions to explain the course structure and benefits.
✔ Participate in admission events, live webinars, and Q&A sessions to engage students.
✔ Actively handle inbound and outbound calls to boost enrollments.

Collaboration & Reporting
✔ Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to improve the enrollment experience.
✔ Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, enrollments, and revenue generated.
✔ Provide feedback to help improve sales strategies and course offerings.
What We Are Looking For
Language & Communication Skills
✔ Fluency in Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada (mandatory) + English proficiency.
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build trust with students.
Sales & Business Development Skills
✔ 1-6 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service.
✔ Prior experience in EdTech, Beauty & Wellness, Banking, or Insurance sectors is preferred.
✔ Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
Behavioral & Soft Skills

Working Hours & Shift Details
🕒 Shift Timings: 10 AM – 8 PM (Indian Standard Time)
📆 Work Schedule: 6 days working, Sunday Off
