📝 Role Summary
ADP is actively seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join its Tax Services team. This position focuses on preparing and managing federal and state zone incentive programs, including credit calculations, compliance, and the certification process for ADP clients. You’ll collaborate closely with team members, contribute technical expertise, and support audit processes while ensuring high-quality client deliverables.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔍 Tax Credit Program Management
- Manage a high volume of complex tax credit and incentive programs.
- Handle Federal and State zone-based incentive programs effectively.
- Monitor and review compliance work and perform credit calculations.
👨🏫 Mentoring & Guidance
- Provide technical guidance to less experienced tax analysts.
- Mentor junior team members as designated by the Manager or Director.
- Support training efforts and provide on-the-job assistance.
🧾 Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare client work products in accordance with specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and credit processing.
- Coordinate with State program coordinators, audit teams, and client representatives.
📊 Data & Analysis
- Conduct data manipulation and analysis of client records.
- Maintain updated program reference material and ensure compliance with jurisdictional guidelines.
🛡️ Compliance & Auditing
- Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet audit and client relationship management (CRM) standards.
- Assist in client audits and negotiate acceptance of formats.
🔁 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Cross-train in multiple tax credit programs as assigned.
- Keep abreast of new and proposed legislation and communicate its impact to management.
🔄 Additional Duties
- Perform related duties as required or assigned by supervisors.
📚 Required Qualifications
- ✅ Experience: 5+ years in federal and/or state tax credit and incentive programs.
- ✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- ✅ Certifications: CPA or MBA required.

- Strong grasp of complex tax concepts and application of tax knowledge for client advantage.
- Understanding of corporate structures, business operations, and financial models.

💰 Compensation & Benefits
💵 Salary Range: $57,100 – $116,100 / Year (based on location, skills, and experience)
