Job Overview: Admin Commercial
The Admin Commercial role within the Finance & Accounts team is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end administrative and financial operations of the depot/branch. This includes customer servicing, vendor management, statutory compliance, taxation, and banking processes.
Key Responsibilities

Customer and Dealer Servicing
- Handle all aspects of customer and dealer queries.
- Ensure timely support and resolution of issues.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to boost satisfaction.

Policy Compliance & System Supervision
- Follow and enforce company guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure depot or warehouse operates within compliance norms.
- Monitor audits and internal controls to avoid discrepancies.

CFA and Warehouse Operations
- Supervise the activities of Carrying and Forwarding Agents (CFA).
- Maintain oversight of warehouse functionality.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and reduce non-moving or damaged stock.

Vendor Management
- Identify and negotiate with transporters and service providers.
- Finalize contracts, monitor performance, and manage payments.
- Oversee reconciliation and audits of vendor accounts.

Statutory and Taxation Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory licenses (obtain/renew).
- Handle GST reconciliation, TDS deduction, deposition, and returns.
- Ensure timely adherence to financial regulatory requirements.

Financial Control and Reconciliation
- Manage bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Implement internal controls for depot/warehouse/sales locations.
- Minimize stock discrepancies and maximize operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- UG: B.Com or Any Graduate in Commerce/Finance
- PG: M.Com preferred but not mandatory
Industry Background:
- Must have experience in Paint, Cement, Tyre, FMCG, or Consumer Durables
- Hands-on experience in depot/branch operations is a must
