NextEra Energy company is actively seeking for detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst personnel to join our dynamic huge team in Juno Beach, FL location. This position reports directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, managers and plays a very critical role in supporting the end-to-end Accounts Payable process in this company. The knowledgeable candidate will focus on invoice and payment processing while ensuring system control compliance and assure quality work.
In this company with a role As an Accounts Payable Analyst, candidate will serve as a key liaison between different vendors and internal teams, managing important incoming work requests efficiently and effectively—especially those that are urgent, important or critical—and driving continuous team improvements to enhance operational excellence of company.
Key Responsibilities in NextEra Energy
- Invoice and Payment Processing: In Competently manage company invoices and payments while upholding robust system controls.
- Service Desk Support: Help address problems and requests of clients via the Accounts Payable service desk (Jira).
- Process Documentation: Keep process documentation current, future and clear to guarantee compliance.
- Process Improvement: Recognize, record, evaluate and promote efforts to enhance Accounts availability.
- Payment Procedures Operational Assessment: Carry out evaluations of different operations and create reports that give appropriate information to aid in making business choices.
- Investigations and Unique Initiatives: Provide assistance to employees in both numerical and descriptive research for small to medium-sized projects held in team.
- Procedure Development process: Help in creating and updating processes to encourage ongoing enhancements in the process of each engagement.
- Other Responsibilities: Complete additional pending task related to same work as directed by management.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications in NextEra Energy
- Educational Background: Completed High School degree required; Bachelor’s Degree and postgraduation preferred. Freshers are also welcomed.
- Experience: Fresher and experience both are welcomed in accounting or finance-related roles (Commerce background).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Financials.
- Familiarity with Jira application in deep for service desk operations.
- Communication: Strong ability to effectively communicate with vendors and internal business units. English spoken and written must.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to prioritize urgent work as lined up requests while maintaining accuracy and time.
