Job Overview
The Procure to Pay Operations Specialist will be part of our Finance Operations vertical and will be responsible for ensuring seamless financial outcomes by:
- Collecting operational data and reports
- Conducting financial analysis
- Reconciling transactions
- Managing accounts payable processes
- Ensuring vendor compliance and reducing cost leakage
- Capturing discounts using preferred suppliers
- Confirming pricing and payment terms
The role requires expertise in handling the entire procurement and financial process, from requisitioning and purchasing to receiving and order sequencing.
Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Accounts Payable Management
- Design, implement, and support accounts payable activities through relevant processes, policies, and applications.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoice processing.
- Manage both purchase order (PO) and non-purchase order (non-PO) invoices.
- Handle two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
- Conduct periodic audits and compliance checks.

Process Optimization & Financial Analysis
- Analyze financial transactions to determine financial outcomes.
- Improve vendor compliance and reduce savings erosion.
- Optimize procurement and financial workflows to ensure cost savings and efficiency.
- Implement best practices in financial management to enhance accuracy and reduce errors.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations.
- Work closely with vendors, procurement teams, and internal finance departments.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on financial performance and cost savings.
- Foster strong client relationships by implementing client account plans.

Team Leadership & Compliance
- Manage a small team of financial professionals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on financial best practices.
- Work in rotational shifts as needed.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in Procure to Pay (P2P) and Account Management
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processing
- Proficiency in financial reconciliation and vendor compliance
- Experience in invoice validation and payment processing
- Knowledge of financial audits and compliance checks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage a small team and drive efficiency
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a global financial operations environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar financial software
- Certification in financial analysis or accounts payable management
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
