The Role: Executive Assistant at Accenture
As an Executive Assistant, you will be expected to perform a wide range of responsibilities, including managing sensitive business information, scheduling complex meetings, and preparing high-quality documents. Job Requirements
The Executive Assistant role at Accenture requires in-office support for leadership meetings and events, and you must be comfortable with flexible work hours. The position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to handle high-pressure situations, including overtime and weekend support for leadership meetings when necessary.
Required:
- At least 2 years of experience in Executive Support or Office Operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, to manage calendars and communication efficiently.
- A college degree is preferred, but not required.
Preferred:
- Experience in global travel management, including visa and passport handling, is a plus.
