π About the Role: Customer Contact Comms Associate
As a Customer Contact Comms Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is aligned with our Customer Support vertical and requires a proactive approach to query management and service desk support.
π― Your Mission: Provide best-in-class support to customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
π What Youβll Do:
β Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently.
β Handle escalations and provide appropriate solutions within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
β Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customer communication.
β Provide 1st level customer support for technical and non-technical issues.
β Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
β Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift query resolution.
β Ensure all interactions are logged and documented accurately.
β Adapt to different customer service channels (phone, chat, and email) as required.

πΉ Work closely with peers before escalating issues to supervisors.
πΉ Have limited client exposure but ensure high-quality interactions.
